Workplace Anti-Discrimination Policy
Decent Work and Economic Growth
Our university has an official policy dedicated to preventing and addressing discrimination in the workplace. This policy explicitly prohibits discrimination based on religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, disability, race, ethnicity, and other protected characteristics.
The university is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and equitable working and learning environment. The policy outlines procedures for reporting discrimination, offers protections against retaliation, and provides guidance on how complaints are investigated and resolved. Training and awareness programs are also in place to support staff and students in understanding their rights and responsibilities.
