The Lyceum-Northwestern University ENER-HIYAS Program, in partnership with the College of Engineering and Brgy. Officials of Dagupan City, is an innovative community outreach initiative aimed at raising awareness about solar energy and climate change. Through this program, expert talks and educational sessions are conducted for the residents of the barangays in Dagupan City, with active collaboration from local government officials and officers.
