University Commitment to Fair and Equitable Compensation

Our university is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all employees. As an institution, we ensure that every staff member and faculty employee receives at least the locally defined living wage. Where an official government living wage standard exists, we use that benchmark; in its absence, we rely on the local poverty threshold for a family of four, converted to an hourly rate. Regular reviews are conducted to confirm compliance with these standards and to adjust compensation as needed to reflect changes in the cost of living
