L-NU Academic Affairs and IGPS Hold Crucial Online Meeting on CMO 15 Series of 2019 Compliance Progress

Lyceum-Northwestern University (L-NU) took significant strides in educational innovation today as the Academic Affairs- Center for Curriculum Innovation and Professional Development (CCIPD) collaborated with the Institute of Graduate and Professional Studies (IGPS) for a pivotal online meeting. The session aimed to review and discuss the ongoing progress of IGPS programs in aligning with the Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) Memorandum Order 15 series of 2019.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Rodney Odesson Raguindin, Officer-in-Charge for Academic Affairs and Head of CCIPD, with key stakeholders including Dr. Cynthia Lopez, Vice President for Research and Innovation Management, and Dr. Priscilla Castro, who oversees IGPS operations. The session also saw active participation from various program heads within IGPS.

CMO 15 series 2019 mandates universities to continually review and improve graduate and professional education programs, focusing on curriculum relevance, industry alignment, and student outcomes.

During the session, each program head presented updates on curriculum revisions, faculty development initiatives, and strategies for enhancing research outputs.
