Decent Work and Economic Growth

Our institution formally recognizes staff unions and supports the right of all employees—including women, international staff, and other under-represented groups—to join and participate in union activities. Union membership is voluntary and open to all eligible staff regardless of gender, nationality, religion, or employment category.

The university engages in regular dialogue with recognized unions on matters such as working conditions, contract issues, and staff welfare, and it upholds policies that protect employees from discrimination or retaliation related to union participation.
