Lyceum-Northwestern University follows a sustainable procurement policy created in 2023 and reviewed in 2024, with ongoing application through 2030. This policy ensures that the University ethically sources food and supplies by selecting products that are sustainable, environmentally responsible, and ethically produced. It also guides supplier engagement, requiring ethical practices and responsible production. This initiative works alongside other institutional policies such as the Executive Order banning single-use plastics, the comprehensive waste management plan, and the Paperless Quality Management System.
