L-NU Performing Arts Chorale at the Cultural Center of the Philippines

The Lyceum-Northwestern University Performing Arts Chorale, proudly represented the University at the Cultural Center of the Philippines during the Creative Industries Month celebration titled “Himig Himbing: Oyayin Niyanakan.”
The chorale performed two Pangasinan folk songs, “Malinac Lay Labi” and “Oalay Manoc Con Taraz,” highlighting the richness of Pangasinan’s cultural heritage. This performance celebrated the enduring significance of traditional music, promoting the preservation of local art forms and cultural identity for future generations. The event reflects L-NU’s commitment to cultural sustainability and the promotion of creative expression as vital elements of holistic education and community development.
